So what is new?? I'm a "working fool". I just heard that phrase from a good friend today & figured that's the same club I'm in. It sure leaves no time for blogging. But, it doesn't seem that any of you missed me. I think my fan base is shrinking!! HA!!
Let's see.........ok, first let me show you one of the sachets that I made. I didn't take a picture of both of them & they are gone now.
My good ole' pooch got attacked in the off leash dog park a couple of months ago. Her bite wound got infected, so I had to take her in to emergency. She had to have light surgery to drain her abcess. This is what she looked like when we came home. This is so she wouldn't scratch her incision where the stitches were. She's fine now though. Guess who won't be going back to the dog park?? It's a shame, we had so much fun there.
I haven't touched the tank top that I mentioned last time I blogged. I guess I'll be late on that one. No picture yet.
We are having a charity auction at work next Friday. I'm going to donate my recycled silk market bag. I'm also going to auction a 2 hour knitting lesson. You think I'll have any takers?? And I also will auction a felted tote bag. I'm almost done, but here is what it looked like a couple days ago.
It looks way better today.
Hopefully I will take the "after" pictures.Do you remember last year I said that I was going to stain my deck?? Well, I never did. I'm saying that right now too. But, it's raining. I am taking Monday off work. Maybe I'll do it on Monday?? Maybe I'll get back to my tank top?? Or the other socks that have been on needles for a year??
Please don't give up on me. Please keep visiting me.

Looking forward to seeing your felted bag :)
Hope you're having a good Monday. I had a great time yesterday!
Awww, poor pooch. When I first saw the picture I thought "Wow. Knitwise is making stuff for her dog. But then I kept reading your post.
I'd take lessons from you. I need to learn how to un-knit (back up and fix an error while putting the stitches back on my kneedle the right way). I also don't understand the directions for the Berrocco "Johnny boy" sweater pattern (I really like the pattern & colors of the yarn makes though).
Yes, I think your fan-base is shrinking. I am glad you called me on the phone to let me know you updated after a few weeks. :) Thanks for the pictures, still not convinced you really made more than one of those bags. Knit on!
